Wedding Choreography Packages

We are here to help you realize all of your wedding day dance dreams! Whether it is you first dance, surprise flash mob, or perhaps some group choreography, we have you covered. From in-studio rehearsals, to virtual online platforms, and even day of event servicing, our staff is equipped to make sure this is one detail you do not have to oversee.

Policies:

• A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the dates of your rehearsals and event. Balance payment is due in full on the first day of rehearsal or prior to receiving your first instructional video. A 10% late fee will be added for each day payment is pending.

• Cancellations must be made in writing to info@dancewithENA.com at least 30 days prior to the event date. In such cases, the remaining balance will be waived, less the booking deposit fee. Any service cancelled within 30 days of the date will require full payment.

• Clients are required to stay on schedule. Any wait time within 15 minutes will be waived, however a late fee of $100/hour be added to the final invoice past that time.

• A rush order fee of 40% will be added to any requests made within 30 days of the event date. This rush order fee will also be applied to any dances added after the initial contract, in cases where choreography is requested within a month’s time.

• Choreography cannot be reused, sold, or taught without written permission from Artistic Director, Enakshi Vyas.

• We humbly request credits for any choreography posted on to social media via our tags @dance.with.ena #dancewithENA

1 dance | Up to 3 mins of choreography
3 one hour rehearsals in studio or online
Customized mix/any edits and changes included
Additional pieces/rehearsal hours @ $75/hour or choreographed minute.

1-2 dances | Up to 5 mins of choreography
5 one hour rehearsals in studio or online
Customized mix/any edits and changes included
Additional pieces/rehearsal hours @ $75/hour or choreographed minute.
1 additional rehearsal recommended if you are seeking choreography for 2 separate dances.
Day of rehearsal, on site assistance, and tutorial videos available for an additional charge.
