How to Book:
1. Submit the “Request a Performance Form” below.
2. Consult with our team to create your vision within your budget.
3. Submit the “Booking Form” as your e-contract.
4. Submit your deposit to secure your dates.
Payment Options:
Please include your name as is on the form in your payment description.

Booking Policies:
Deposit: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
Rush Fee: A 40% additional fee applies to requests made within 30 days of the event date
Balance Payment: Due one week prior to the event date
Late Payment: A 10% fee will be added for each day payment is pending.
Cancellations: Must be submitted in writing to info@dancewithena.com
30+ days before event: Balance waived (deposit non-refundable)
Less than 30 days before event: Full payment required
Punctuality: 15-minute grace period of the proposed schedule of event. $100/hour late fee thereafter
Intellectual Property: Choreography cannot be reused, sold, or taught without written permission
Social Media: Please tag @dance.with.ena and use #dancewithENA when posting our choreography
