Studio Rentals

Dance with E.N.A. Studio offers a beautiful, professional space for your creative needs. Located at 151 Bon Air Center in Greenbrae, our 1062 sq ft studio features:

  • 900+ sq ft of designated dance space with sprung marley flooring

  • Wall-to-wall mirrors and abundant natural light

  • Professional sound system with Bluetooth and aux connectivity

  • High-speed internet access

  • Private bathroom just outside the entrance

  • Convenient parking

Rental Process

  1. Check studio availability

  2. Submit the Studio Rental Agreement Form

  3. Await confirmation email from our team (typically within 24-48 business hours)

  4. Upon approval, submit payment via Venmo (@EnaVyas) or Zelle (enakshivyas@gmail.com)

  5. Once payment is received, you'll receive a calendar invitation confirming your booking

Rates

Availability is limited to non-conflicting times with E.N.A.'s own classes, workshops, and events.

Rehearsals:

  • $25/hour — Weekdays before 4:00 PM

  • $30/hour — Weekdays after 4:00 PM and all weekend hours

Classes:

  • $35/hour — Weekdays before 4:00 PM

  • $40/hour — Weekdays after 4:00 PM and all weekend hours

Workshop/Auditions:

  • $60/hour — Weekdays before 4:00 PM

  • $75/hour — Weekdays after 4:00 PM and all weekend hours

Film, Photo Shoots, and Private Events:

  • Rates determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Enakshi Vyas directly at 415-299-7154 or enakshi@dancewithena.com for a quote.

  • Security deposit of $250 required to hold reservation. To be return 24 hours after rental and upon inspection.

  • Deposit will be used for cleaning, floor damage, wall damage, equipment damage, etc. if space is not returned in the manner it was received.

Payment & Cancellation Policies:

  • All rental payments must be completed in advance via Venmo (@EnaVyas) or Zelle (enakshivyas@gmail.com)

  • Single session rentals: 48+ hours notice required for changes/cancellations to avoid full charge

  • Multiple session rentals (4+): 7+ days notice required for changes/cancellations to avoid full charge

Rental Policies

Requirements

  • Renters must provide their own staff for check-in and fee collection

  • Proof of insurance listing both Elite Naach Academy and Bon Air, L.P. as additional insured is required

Timing and Setup

  • Rental times include both load-in and load-out periods

  • Please arrive no earlier than your booked time and depart promptly at the end of your rental

  • Studio must be returned to its original condition after use

Studio Rules

  • No outdoor shoes permitted on the dance floor

  • No food or drinks (except water in closed containers) on the dance floor

  • No tape, markings, or alterations to the floor or walls

Equipment and Storage

  • No equipment can be stored at E.N.A. before or after your rental period

  • Elite Naach Academy is not responsible for any equipment or personal belongings

  • Any E.N.A. equipment moved during your rental must be returned to its original position

Cleaning and Damages

  • All trash must be removed or a cleaning fee will apply

  • Renters are responsible for any damages occurring during their rental period

Studio Rental Calendar
