By checking the boxes above and entering my name and date below, I understand that this constitutes my electronic signature and legally binding agreement to all terms and conditions stated.

Booking Policies:
Deposit: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates.
Balance Payment: Due 24 hours prior to the event start time.
Late Payment: A 10% fee will be added for each day payment is pending.
Cancellations: Must be submitted in writing to info@dancewithena.com 30+ days prior to your event.

30+ days before event: Balance waived (deposit non-refundable)
Less than 30 days before event: Full payment required.

Base capacity: Up to 12 guests per package
Additional guests: $25 per child
Duration: 1.5-2 hours depending on package
Punctuality: 15-minute grace period. $100/hour late fee thereafter.
Intellectual Property: Choreography cannot be reused, sold, or taught without written permission
Social Media: Please tag @dance.with.ena and use #dancewithENA when posting our choreography.
Rush Orders: A 40% additional fee for requests within 30 days of event or additions after initial contract.
