Policies
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the dates of your rehearsals and event. Balance payment is due in full on the first day of rehearsal or prior to receiving your first instructional video. A 10% late fee will be added for each day payment is pending.
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@dancewithENA.com at least 30 days prior to the event date. In such cases, the remaining balance will be waived, less the booking deposit fee. Any service cancelled within 30 days of the date will require full payment. If rehearsals are not scheduled within the event window, the client loses that rehearsal time. No refunds are made post start of contracts.
Clients are required to stay on schedule. Any wait time within 15 minutes will be waived, however a late fee of $100/hour be added to the final invoice past that time.
A rush order fee of 40% will be added to any requests made within 30 days of the event date. This rush order fee will also be applied to any dances added after the initial contract, in cases where choreography is requested within a month's time.
Choreography cannot be reused, sold, or taught without written permission from Artistic Director, Enakshi Vyas.
