What We're Looking For
For All Team Members:
Genuine passion for dance education and community building
Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed teaching practices
Reliability, professionalism, and collaborative spirit
Alignment with E.N.A.'s mission of empowerment through movement

For Instructors Specifically:
Professional training and/or significant experience in your dance style(s)
Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels
Strong communication skills and classroom management abilities
Cultural sensitivity and enthusiasm for cross-cultural learning
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
