Suhaila Sikand is the Creative Director and a Founding Board Member of Elite Naach Academy. She finds the power of dance, meaning through movement, and the entire learning process inspiring. Formally trained in both Kathak and Bhangra, from the Chhandam School of Kathak and Ghungroo Dance Academy respectively, she brings refined technique and incredible energy to each and every one of her classes. Suhaila has also explored a variety of other dance forms across cultures including but not limited to: Line Dancing, Swing, West African Folk, Bollywood, Jazz, and Salsa. 

As part of the Elite Naach Academy Performing Arts Company, Suhaila has worked on a number of projects including, but not limited to, Taal - A Classical Fusion Dance Cover, FOG SV in collaboration with Haji Springer, Hope Abides Annual Charity Fundraiser, and Refugee Foster Care art outreach programs.

As a creative director, Suhaila advises and manages E.N.A.'s brand. She is the cofounder of the Step Together, Community Action Program. Suhaila is a designer and creative problem solver by trade, having graduated from University of California, Davis with experience creating brand identities and contributing to marketing efforts.
